Its purpose is to encourage appreciation and provide due recognition to Service Heroes, who put in the effort and go the extra mile to create WOW Moments&nbsp; that will be appreciated by customers and recognised by the industry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To celebrate these positive moments, we have created the HAPA WOW Awards which incorporates the HAPA WOW Service Hero Recognition Awards, the HAPA WOW Establishment Recognition Awards and the HAPA WOW Customer Recognition Awards \u2013 all to celebrate &#8216;WOW Moments&#8217; \u2013 memorable experience and positivity.
