Bartenders discuss\ncustomer likes and dislikes before suggesting suitable cocktails from a range\nthat is focused on the equatorial setting and classical or contemporary styles.\nGuests choose drinks and snacks from a menu written as historic telegrams (the\nhotel is located in an old telegraph office that was built in 1927). Glitzy\ncocktails include Pain Killer (dark rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and\norange juice) and Absinthe Colada (St. George absinthe, agricole, cr\u00e8me de\nmenthe, coconut and pineapple). Patrons can also choose tempting bar bites such\nas ceviche, beef tartare, charcuterie platter and a cheese platter. The bar\noffers a glistening urban backdrop while the petite infinity pool is ideal for\nsoaking or for poolside partying.
