The outlet is where food and drinks are as polished as the staff and\nwhere innovative comfort food is handcrafted from the finest produce. Guests\ncan also connect with the colonial ambiance for which the hotel is so famous.\nOrder cocktails such as Walk a Long Bi\u00ean featuring Tia Maria, Hennessy VSOP\nCognac and Angelina\u2019s secret cordial make from ingredients sourced from the\nLong Bi\u00ean Night Market. Extending over two floors, the bar has an impressive\ncollection of whiskeys and spirits well-illuminated by backlighting. Happy\nhours extend from 5pm to 7pm where cocktails, spirits and beers are\ncompetitively-priced.
