He is also an auditor for the HAPA Audit service, and a Convener for the House &amp; Bar at Keppel Golf &amp; Country Club, Singapore. He was a board member of the International Bartenders Association for 21 years (1993-2014), 12 years as Vice President Asia, and 9 years as President.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nHe is a Director of the Hospitality Experts Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Director at The Wine &amp; Bar Academy, and Principal Consultant at the Dimensions International College, School of Hospitality Studies.
