Mercure Hotels and Resorts recently opened its first midscale property housed in a 28-storey mixed-use development in northeastern Vietnam. Located in the central business district, the hotel is the city\u2019s tallest building located within SHP Plaza Shopping Centre. Ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, Mercure Hai Phong has 176 rooms and suites as well as 57 one to three-bedroom, serviced apartments. Deluxe suites feature separate living rooms while the presidential suite offers city views. Dining options include two restaurants and three bars. The all-day dining Flame Grill and Bar serves international and local flavours with \u00e1 la carte and buffet choices while Cuppa Caf\u00e9 offers a selection of coffee and tea brews with bakery items. Located on the 28th floor, Cloud28 Sky Bar and Lounge, the city\u2019s first roof bar has a range of cocktail concoctions, wines and snacks. Guest staying on the 25th to 27th floor can enjoy breakfast, evening cocktails and complimentary access to the meeting rooms at the Privilege Lounge. For pampering massages and facials, Bloom Spa delivers a range of herbal bath and aromatherapy treatments. Other leisure facilities include a 24-hour gym and a pool. For meetings, events and weddings, the hotel has six rooms equipped with modern technology, including the city\u2019s largest ballroom catering for up to 380. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
