New Luxury Resort for Port Dickson<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The gross development value is estimated to\nbe RM500 million with the property featuring 760 rooms comprising 582 water\nvillas and 178 sky pool villas. Just like the existing Lexis Hibiscus, each\nvilla in the new resort will feature its own private dip pool to offer\nunsurpassed luxury and privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When completed, it is anticipated that the\nnew development will attract 400,000 visitors annually to seaside Port Dickson\nand, based upon a predicted daily spend of RM600 per tourist, the project\nshould generate tourist receipts of RM240 million per annum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The opening of Lexis Hibiscus 2 will\nstrengthen the Lexis\u2019 brand\u2019s footprint in this Malaysian seaside town and\nenhance the international appeal of Port Dickson as a leading tourist\ndestination. The premier Malaysian hotel group will continue to work closely\nwith the Malaysian Government to promote Port Dickson as a leisure, business\nand MICE holiday destination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Kuala Lumpur Metro Group currently\noperates several properties in Port Dickson.
