HAPA WOW is a digital platform for social and community sharing, WOW Service Training, WOW Moments and WOW Awards – all in one!
HAPA WOW promotes positivity through ‘WOW Moments’ captured by travellers, diners, customers and writers collectively. Its purpose is to encourage appreciation and provide due recognition to Service Heroes, who put in the effort and go the extra mile to create WOW Moments that will be appreciated by customers and recognised by the industry.
To celebrate these positive moments, we have created the HAPA WOW Awards which incorporates the HAPA WOW Service Hero Recognition Awards, the HAPA WOW Establishment Recognition Awards and the HAPA WOW Customer Recognition Awards – all to celebrate ‘WOW Moments’ – memorable experience and positivity. With a collective effort to Create, Capture and Share ‘WOW Moments’ from all parties, the HAPA WOW bank of ‘WOW Moments’ will be a testament of the great work delivered by our Service Heroes.
