His years of experience encompasses project management, building and facilities management, pre-opening of hotels and restaurants, cost management, food safety and hygiene, team building, business planning and development, mystery audit for hotels, restaurants and club, work processes, trainer for competition and creating new standard operations procedures. Lens’s ability to analyse needs, improvement and develop solutions to yield positive results has proven to be one of his greatest assets.
Lens is a health-conscious individual who exercises regularly and believes that age is only a number. Exercising at least 3 times a week after work with 5-10km jog and another hour of cross-fit exercise and free weight toning, Lens has not taken a single day of medical leave in more than 30 years. He is also a certified trainer holding with Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
