Late last year, KLM opened up the first section of its new KLM non-Schengen Crown Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. After the official opening, in summer 2019, the lounge will be almost double in size with an area of 6,800m2 and 1,500 seats divided over three floors. The lounge, which will be one of the largest in the world, will feature a completely new setup and ambience and include the latest technologies and innovations, along with top-notch service and an innovative food and beverage selection. The décor of the Crown Lounge will provide customers with a completely new experience, with different zones to satisfy the diverse requirements of premium travellers, be it work, relaxation, food and beverages, entertainment and even fine-dining.
