Over 150 countries across five continents agree to help the public discover the ‘French gastronomic meal’, recognised as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2010. For four days, foodies are invited to celebrate French gastronomy through fun and popular events. Reviving and bringing up to date the Dîner d’Epicure (‘Gourmet’s Dinner’) first concocted by Auguste Escoffier in 1912, Goût de Good France also organises thousands of French dinners around the world. These will all take place again in March 2020. In Paris, dozens of restaurants take part and offer traditional dishes made with fresh local ingredients. In 2019, Mediterranean and sustainable cuisine took centre stage at what is regarded as the world’s biggest celebration of French gastronomy. www.goodfrance.com
