Chef Eddy’s entrepreneurship started at the tender age 14, when he owned his Malay Chinese family restaurant. His interest in the culinary scene grew into a fiery passion when he trained in a 1-star Michelin restaurant at Ringhotel Sonnenhof, Germany at the age 21. This eventually led him serving at Green Banyan Fine Dining in Jurong Country Club, Singapore. He became an avid participator in Malaysia’s International Gourmet Festival and a member of the Chef Association of Malaysia (Penang Chapter). Chef Eddy strongly believes in “paying attention to every little detail to perfect each dish”.

Chef Eddy is currently Group Executive Chef at Naughty Nuri’s. His achievements include HAPA King of Kitchens – Benchmark Achiever (2017-2020), HAPA Asian Cuisine Master Chef (2017-2020), Martin Yan, A Taste of Malaysia (2016) and Oriental Cuisine (2016)
