Hanoi’s grand heritage hotel since 1901 has been the Metropole, now a Sofitel Legend property. The hotel’s inviting Le Beaulieu Restaurant is the venue for a lavish Sunday brunch served from noon to 3pm. Guests can dine on a vast selection of luxe dishes and, for an additional fee, enjoy a free-flow of Louis Roederer Champagne plus premium red and white wines. Diners enjoy tempting dishes such as Norwegian salmon, air-flown French oysters, lobster, hazelnut duck foie gras, oyster Champagne jelly, crab lobster soup, roasted Wagyu steak, pan-fried pigeon and many tempting desserts including opera cake while being serenaded by strolling musicians. www.sofitel-legend-metropole-hanoi.com
