Arriving safely is a prerequisite for air travellers and AirlineRatings have just released its latest rankings of the world’s best and worst airlines. It announced Qantas as the world’s safest in its annual ranking of 405 airlines. Qantas has been the lead airline in virtually every major operational safety advancement over the past 60 years and has not had a fatality in the jet era.
