Fish Pool is a collaboration with Louis Roederer where Champagne, caviar and oysters are served before a stunning glass wall centrepiece that opens onto a dive pool. An over-sized fish suspended from the ceiling provides a quirky setting for glamourous evenings. Signature servings include oysters imported from France, Sturia Aquitaine Caviar from France and Kinglas fillet (the centre cut taken from the crown of a classic smoked salmon). The Fish Pool is part of The NCO Club Singapore adjoining the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach.
